About the event

In these introductory Kundalini Yoga classes you will learn about the 7 energy centres or chakras and how to activate the qualities associated with them thru simple yoga Kriyas (sets of exercises ) mantras and meditations .

You will practice some simple but powerful  yogic technology that combines breath, mudra, eye-focus (Drishti) , mantra, muscular  locks (bandhas) , and postures (asanas)   to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purifiy the blood. It brings balance to the body, mind, and soul.

Kundalini Yoga is an ancient  science that uses sound, mantra, energy healing, physical exercises and meditations to release trauma from the energetic body, which surrounds the physical body    Providing  increased flexibility, expanded lung capacity, a strong core, and stress alleviation.
